Inside it was filled with a grey dust, soft and fine, in the middle of which was a seed, like a small nut with a silver shale. 'What can I do with this?' said Sam.
What would you do with such a precious gift from Galadriel, the seed of a mallorn tree? What would you write or draw if I would tell you that "Seed" is our November topic?
A seed is something small, a little piece that can give birth to the whole plant, as beautiful as roses in Imloth Melui or as big as the trees in Fangorn. It can contain a fragrant flower, a tasty fruit or vegetable, or even a useless weed. It is a secret, a promise of a new life.
Your story or picture can be about that: gardening and seeds in any form. But you do not have to take the topic literally. The seed can also be a word or an action, seemingly small and unimportant in that time, but having great consequences in the future, that little moment that changed the lives of our heroes, or even the whole history of Arda. The moment when Bilbo gave mercy to Gollum can be one of those, just like the moment when Aragorn decided to take the Paths of the Dead - the entire history of Middle-earth grows from such seeds.
It is only up to you what seed you take, and what story or picture you can grow from it. Good luck in that!
