I am looking for someone to share in a Teitho challenge "Unexpected Adventure" that I am arranging in January. I hope it's not very difficult to find someone!
There is a difference between planning a journey for a long time, and deciding on it spontaneously, without even packing all the necessary things like pocket handkerchiefs. Both can lead to a great adventure, but the second has a unique feeling to it. Maybe you have experienced it with some last minute trip or offer. It can be similar to this:

I can't believe I actually decided to do it.
It can be such a spontaneous decision that lands you in an unexpected adventure, but sometimes adventure can get to you without any decision from your side. You may be suddenly thrown into a dangerous situation, and need to deal with it. This month, let something unexpected happen to our heroes, be it with or without their decision. And by unexpected I do not mean encountering Orcs by a Ranger patrol, or spiders in Mirkwood. I mean something as unexpected as suddenly having 13 Dwarves that invited themselves to a party in your peaceful house.
